Platinum - California Old Vine Red Zinfandel

History meets the New World in this well-structured hearty red wine. Benefiting from deep roots that pick up flavours unobtainable by its younger counterparts, this complex wine shows off a deep ruby red colour with subtle vanilla flavours. Luscious black cherry, tobacco and leather aromas burst into textured flavours of cherry and raspberry followed by spicy black pepper. Blessed with a bold tannin structure, this wine has a very well defined, long balanced finish.

Sourced from old vines that date back years in history and full of tradition, our Old Vine Zinfandel surrounds the palate with impressions of black cherries and plump dark fruit framed by ample aromas of tobacco and dark coffee from the toasted French Oak. Fermented on varietal Zinfandel Winery Grape Skins, this full-bodied dry wine is fruit forward, yet showcases an array of spicy flavours on the finish.
