Pronounced like “heritage”, this wine is made with classic Bordeaux varietals, but with a New World twist. A full bodied, fruit forward, flavourful blend that highlights all the characteristics of the noble varieties it contains. The Cabernet Sauvignon brings dominant cassis flavours and firm tannins, the Merlot softens with hints of plum and violets and the Cabernet Franc adds dark cherry notes. Toast and vanilla flavours from the American oak will create a balanced classic wine. Left to mature, this wine becomes lusciously smooth and delicious.
