Recently introduced to australia, this noble grape produces wines rich in varietal character, with an emphasis on fruit. An exceptional kit, it creates a golden-hued wine with a tart taste, while flavours of vanilla, cloves and butterscotch tantalize the palate. This wine will finish in the mouth clean and crisp. A compliment for pastas and your richest meats. It is also ideal with shellfish.

Super Platinum - Australian Chardonnay

Our Australian Chardonnay is from the Golden Heights vineyard of the Riverland Region in Australia, both well known for producing excellent grapes.  This Chardonnay is fermented on a combination of heavy toasted Hungarian oak shavings and lightly toasted American oak chips, this supple, elegant wine boasts rich aromas of honey and tropical fruits while apples, melon and toasted oak notes tantalise the palate.
